He'll be BACK
1. I am watching for the coming of the glad millennial day,
When our blessed Lord shall come and catch His waiting bride away.

2. Jesus’ coming back will be the answer to earth’s sorrowing cry,

God shall take away all sickness and the sufferer’s tears will dry,
When our Savior will come back to earth again. [Refrain]
3. Yes, the ransomed of the Lord shall come to Zion then with joy,
And in all His holy mountain nothing hurts or shall destroy.
Perfect peace shall reign in every heart, and love without alloy,
After Jesus shall come back to earth again. [Refrain]
4. Then the sin and sorrow, pain and death of this dark world shall cease,
In a glorious reign with Jesus of a thousand years of peace.
All the earth is groaning, crying for that day of sweet release,
For our Jesus shall come back to earth again. [Refrain]
I intended to share the first verse, but, I got carried away as I read the lyrics and wanted to share them all. From Matthew 21:9, we read, “Hosanna to the Son of David! “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!”.
One day, very soon, Jesus is coming to take His people home. He came the first time in the person of Jesus. The people of Jerusalem knew a King was among them when Jesus entered riding on a donkey.
The Lord will come again and don’t forget that He already knows the date and hour. At that moment His Son will win the final victory. Until that time, we are urged to be watchful and always ready.
Until that day that He returns, we must keep living our lives, caring for our opportunities, using the gifts we’ve been given to serve Him. But, keep an eye toward the sky, because HE IS COMING SOON!
